Integrity and Impact ESG Consulting (IIESG) advises listed companies, large private firms and their supplier networks across South Africa and the African continent. We turn ESG ambition into evidence — methodology, controls, data and disclosures that withstand board scrutiny, external assurance and regulator review.

Our work is framework-led and audit-defensible. We anchor every engagement in the standards our clients are accountable to — JSE Sustainability Disclosure Guidance, King IV, ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2), GRI, TCFD, CSRD, and South African instruments including B-BBEE and the Carbon Tax Act — and we design for the disclosure cycle from day one.

Our team brings combined experience across ESG strategy, sustainability assurance, governance, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and data systems engineering. We have worked alongside listed and private companies through first-time and recurring disclosure cycles, and we operate a working ESG data platform that supports those engagements end-to-end.
